FIRST WINNER OF 2025!
We kick-started the year with a great run from Shaka who won at Southwell this afternoon!
Under a well-timed ride from Elle-May, the gelding was able to get his first win on the board, coming from last to first in the straight to win nicely. It has been a long time coming for him, so we are all delighted!!
He joined the yard less than a year ago but despite a handful of placed performances, he was getting off the mark at the 20th time of asking today. Congratulations to his connections and well done to Team Furtado!
