Legal Reform pulled it out of the bag again, not only from a wide draw, but also on testing ground at Catterick, and he stayed on well to win for the 2nd time over course and distance. He was up 2lb for winning at Southwell last time, but he was a C&D winner off this mark on soft ground in 2021, and we thought this race would be a good opportunity.
